Manufacturing Warehouse Operator! (day and night shifts)
Summary: Working under minimal supervision, the Warehouse Operator will receive inbound materials, parts and subassemblies into SAP, and allocate them to appropriate storage locations within the facility. Prepares aftermarket parts, subassemblies, and final assemblies for shipment to outside process providers, Tulsa Manufacturing, Odessa Chaparral Center, and customer locations.
Responsibilities: Counts, weighs, and identifies all items received and shipped.Ensures that materials are checked against vendors’ invoices, bills of lading, customer orders and similar papers.Maintains records of damaged or defective items and discrepancies in quantities and weights; records critical information such as time, date, quantity, source and destination of materials received or shipped.Verifies and maintains records on incoming and outgoing shipments; prepares items for shipments.Unpacks, verifies, and receives incoming shipments into SAP.Arranges for transportation and shipment of products with customer.Operates forklift to load, unload, and transport materials.Helps mechanics with any production orders as needed, modifies production orders, and picks online production orders.Verifies all delivery tickets are present, pulls delivery tickets, and rechecks tickets.Writes field order repairs for any power ends, fluid ends or frac units as needed; tags and stamps repairs.Checks bill of lading for correct number of pieces and damaged goods.Performs all work in accordance with established safety and quality management procedures.
Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of direct experience with material handling, shipping and receiving, and interstate shipping.High School diploma or equivalent required, technical school preferred.ISO Training: Per Quality Management System (QMS) requirements. | |
